Service Description

Do you struggle with figuring out what to cook? Don’t feel like you’re very efficient with your grocery shopping? Let The Everyday Dietitian do the work for you with easy, delicious, and nutrient-packed meal plans. Each meal plan contains four weeks of breakfast, lunch, and dinner easy-to-follow instructions, as well as nutrition information, pictures, and grocery lists. In order to maximize efficiency and minimize time in the kitchen, some meals are cooked in bulk and others are cooked in portions to include leftovers. Currently I'm offering "Cooking for Two." The meal plans include daily snack options. At the end of the four weeks, simply repeat! New meal plans will come out quarterly and will reflect the appropriate season- for example, more slow cooker/soups/stews in winter, more fresh greens in the summer! There are two available options for purchase: a downloadable PDF that you can print yourself, or a spiral bound color printed version mailed to you.
