Service Description

I’ve heard it from countless frustrated clients- “Just tell me what to eat- I give up!” The 4 week meal plans, as described above, are a jumping board for this program, designed to help you get lifelong skills for choosing nutrient packed meals and snacks. The coaching component is intended to help minimize barriers and allow you to feel empowered to stay with the plan. So many times we promise ourselves to “be good” when it comes to our food choices, but then distractions pop up; donuts at the office, a tempting treat while filling up at the gas station, the leftovers on a child’s plate. The Everyday Dietitian can help you reframe your thinking to escape “good or bad” type mentality so that you feel confident in your wellness behaviors. Initial coaching session is 60 minutes. Coaching can be over the phone via Skype. In-person coaching is an option if you live in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. With this package you'll get the downloadable PDF of the 4 week meal plans, plus one the hourlong initial coaching session + goal setting. Additional weekly sessions are $35 per 30 minutes.
